Woon Mama's Way Hot Sauce

Keegan Fong opened Woon, a Chinese pop-up-turned-restaurant in LA’s Historic Filipinotown, to celebrate and share his mom’s incredible recipes. Now, Keegan and Mama Fong run this beloved community gathering space, and Woon Homestyle Goods is their line of sauces, seasoning, and snacks made in their kitchen and served in the restaurant. This is their hot sauce: developed and used daily at the restaurant for an added kick, featuring fermented Fresno Pepper mash, vinegar, and garlic for a very bright, flavorful and medium heat hot sauce.
