Yuzu Marmalade

Bright, tart, a little bitter, a little sweet, and absolutely delicious whether you’re spreading it on toast, swirling into yogurt, adding to your cup of tea, or — our favorite — pairing it with cheese. Our ideal afternoon snack: yuzu marmalade, a triple-cream cheese, and crackers. This magic jar makes for an excellent host gift.

Ingredients: Yuzu, sugar, honey
