What is the standard shipping timeframe for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging and double-boxing techniques for all glassware and ceramics to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, linens that have been washed cannot be returned.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our dinnerware collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold leaf or hand-painted metallic accents should be hand-washed only.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Big Night ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed.
