Boon Chili Oil

This is, without a doubt, one of the best chili oils we’ve ever tasted. From pizza to eggs to noodle bowls to roasted fish and vegetables, there is nothing that doesn’t taste better with Boon on it. The perfect combo of shallots, anchovies, garlic, and fennel make Boon impossible to stop eating. Mix it into mayo for the sandwich schmear and fry dip of dreams.

Ingredients: chilies, spices, anchovies, shallots, and garlic all cooked in canola oil.
